Me and some of my colleges will create for Steinbeisser‘s Experimentelle Gastronomie a series of dishes matching one course. The dishes will be made entirely from natural materials Under the culinary guidance of chef Kimberley Unser, an extensive five course dinner will be served.
It will be located in the idyllic scenery of the “KLEINE MANN MIT DEM BLITZ”
On the 25, 26 and 27 September 2015 in Frankfurt !
And also at the Lloyd Hotel & Cultural Embassy in Amsterdam from 9 to 11 October 2015, with Edwin Vinke (De Kromme Watergang**)
